This is really great! You've created an ambitious scene here with your dragon looking out over their territory and the dragons in the distance.

I know for certain that rocks are very difficult to draw, and I think that is the weakest point in this picture. The rocks to the right of the picture are low detail and don't have a very 'craggy' appearance. I definitely suggest looking at references of real rocks and taking notes on how other artists draw rocks, because it can be hard to pull out the important details in something so complicated. I think examples like this picture might help you out a lot: i821.photobucket.com/albums/zz…

The character itself is very good anatomy-wise. There are a few small details that could be improved upon, like the hands and feet, and the musculature on the limbs. The only error I see is the thickness of the neck, which seems very thick. It might be intentional and part of the design, however if that's the case it seems out of proportion for the rest of the dragon.

And finally, the background landscape. There is a very neat phenomenon that happens to landscapes far in the distance- they become desaturated and foggy. This is because of the atmosphere of the Earth. Here's an example of it happening: media.istockphoto.com/photos/l…
The closest mountain is bright and colourful, and the mountain very far in the background at the left is cloudy. This concept would work well in this picture to emphasise the idea of your dragon looking out over a vast landscape.

Overall, definitely a great idea and a very good step forward for you as an artist. Ambitious pictures like this really make you come out of your comfort zone and teaches you all sorts of interesting concepts.
